What we collect

If you create an account we store your name, email address and the preparation details you give us during setup: your state, education level, study hours, preferred language and the exams you follow. We keep a record of when you were last active.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.

Our server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, which we use to stop abuse such as repeated failed sign-in attempts.

Why we collect it

To create your account, to show you the exams you follow, to send you the updates you asked for, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data.

Email we send you

Account emails such as verification and password resets. Updates about the exams you follow appear on the site itself.

Cookies

We set a cookie to keep you signed in, and a small flag so pages can show the right menu. See the cookie policy for details.

Who else sees it

[List the services you actually use: your hosting provider, your email sending service, Google if you enable Google sign-in, Cloudflare if you enable it, and any analytics or advertising you add.]

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete your account. Sign-up links that are never used expire within 24 hours, and technical logs are removed after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to thedeskmanstudio@gmail.com and we will act within a reasonable period.
